Will we even need to pay a Network?

August 26, 2010

Let’s flash forward, google gives out data only sim cards, that’s basically all we need at this point.

1. We already know we could make free calls anywhere in the US and Canada for free, using Google Voice, in Gmail, it wont be long till they push that into our Android devices. (without been on a network) I don’t think Google will leave the other major cites around the world out either.

2. Free SMS with Google Voice already, the next step is MMS, (media messaging).

If Google plans to do this i would be very happy to disconnect this T-Mobile service, which im not using really, i have a 500 minutes a month and i only use about 8% of it (Max), and i barely Text using the number T-Mobile give me, i use the Google Voice one. I pay around 90 dollars a month. i pay way to much for mobile service including you.(based on the survey i took a while ago) So, you and i would be saving a bunch of ca$h, to do a lot of other things, like saving to buy the latest android phones.

Of, course this would hurt the mobile networks very much, and i would assume that they would make a deal with Google for this not to happen, because look, i would think i could use Skype to make all my calls (Verizon) but Verizon requeres that you have a calling plan.

I’m not starting a rumor but i believe thats Google next step, “Google Data Sim Cards”, its a most.

Do you think Google will be giving out Data SIM cards? leave an interesting comment below.

bbm with an Android?

August 25, 2010

Fist Tweetdeck now BBM. By the end of this month (August) an app called CrossTalk will be launched that will make it possible for users to Gtalk BBM users, or the other way, by the way.

“The ultimate IM client for Android and Blackberry. Supporting multiple protocols like GTalk, AIM, MSN, Facebook and even BBM! That’s right, your Blackberry friends are no longer out in the cold, message your BBM PINS from any of the other networks using CrossTalk. Now your Blackberry users can BBM your GTalk Android users or anyone else. It’s an IM free for all.”

I too still don’t understand the thing…
